The Immuno-Metabolic Program is a clinical framework, delivered through Fullscript Journeys, that helps practitioners evaluate a patient’s immuno-metabolic health trajectory. It is a prognostic tool designed to identify patterns before they become chronic conditions.
What Are SII and SIRI?
SII (Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index) and SIRI (Systemic Inflammation Response Index) are inflammation biomarkers calculated from values already present in a standard complete blood count (CBC) with differential.
SII
Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index
calculated from platelet, neutrophil, and lymphocyte counts, and is associated with chronic inflammatory conditions.
SIRI
Systemic Inflammation Response Index
replaces platelets with monocytes, offering a second lens on inflammatory response.
